Before you start
To use payment links, your Ezus account must be properly connected to Ezus Pay. Once the connection is active, Ezus and Ezus Pay can exchange project and payment link information securely.
Step 1: Open your project in Ezus
Go to your project in Ezus, then open the Finance section.
From there, go to:
Financials → Sales → Payment links table
In this table, you can see the payment links already associated with your project or selected alternative.
Step 2: Click “Manage my payment links”
Click the Manage my payment links button.
This button redirects you to the Ezus Pay page linked to your Ezus project. From there, you can create, edit, or manage payment links for the selected project or alternative.
Step 3: Generate your payment link in Ezus Pay
In Ezus Pay, create a new payment link by choosing the amount, currency, and payment details.
Once the link is generated, it is securely attached to the corresponding Ezus project or alternative. Ezus Pay is responsible for creating and managing the payment links, while Ezus displays them in your project.
Step 4: View the link back in Ezus
After generating the payment link in Ezus Pay, return to Ezus.
The new payment link will appear in the same Payment links table inside your project. You can then use it according to your Ezus workflow, for example to make it visible to your client or track its payment status.
Notes
Payment links can only be generated if your Ezus account is connected to Ezus Pay and your payment setup is active.
If you do not see your links in Ezus, check that the project is connected to Ezus Pay and refresh the payment links section.
