Troubleshooting the Ezus connection

Test your connection, fix sync issues, and understand what to do when something looks off.

Test your connection

When Ezus is connected, use "Test connection" on the Ezus card:

  • "Ezus connection verified successfully." — all good.

  • "Ezus connection test failed." — the stored credentials are no longer valid; reconnect by generating a new key (see "Connect Ezus to Ezus Pay").

"Resync" says Ezus isn't connected

If you try to resync and see "Ezus integration is not connected. Configure it in settings," the link was never completed or was removed. Reconnect from Settings → Integrations.

An alternative shows "Orphan"

It was deleted or renamed in Ezus. This is expected — your payment links and transactions are preserved. If it has no links, you can delete it safely; otherwise keep it for your records.

A payment isn't showing in Ezus

Reconciliation runs once the transaction is Succeeded. A Pending SEPA payment hasn't been confirmed yet — it'll reconcile once validated. If a Succeeded payment is still missing in Ezus after a while, run "Test connection" and contact support if it fails.

Still stuck?

Reach out to support (or your account manager) with the booking reference and, if relevant, the payment date — that's enough for us to trace it.
