Connect a project from Ezus

Send an Ezus project to Ezus Pay to start collecting, and keep its details up to date.

Written by Team Ops

nce your account is linked (see "Connect Ezus to Ezus Pay"), you connect each project from inside Ezus — that's what makes it available for online collection in Ezus Pay.

Connect a project

  1. In Ezus, open your project under Finance → Sales (Ventes).

  2. Below the project's payments table, you'll see the banner "Collect from your travelers online" ("Encaissez vos voyageurs en ligne").

  3. Click "Connect to Ezus Pay" ("Connecter à Ezus Pay").

  4. The button shows a brief loading state while the project is created in Ezus Pay.

  5. On success, you get a confirmation and the banner switches to its connected state. The project now exists as a booking in Ezus Pay, ready for payment links.

The banner only appears if your Ezus account is connected to Ezus Pay. If you don't see it, connect your account first (Settings → Integrations in Ezus Pay).

If it fails

If the connection doesn't go through (network or server error), nothing is created and you'll see an error message — the banner stays in its initial state so you can simply click "Connect to Ezus Pay" again.

Keep project data up to date

After connecting, project details (name, client, amounts, dates) can evolve in Ezus. To pull the latest into Ezus Pay:

  • On the Bookings page in Ezus Pay, click "Sync my bookings." This refreshes the data of projects you've already connected — it does not import new ones (new projects are always connected from Ezus, as above).

  • You can also refresh a single booking with "Resync" on its detail page.

"Sync my bookings" only updates already-connected projects. To bring a new project in, always use "Connect to Ezus Pay" from the project in Ezus.
