Is my account connected to Ezus?

Your Ezus connection is set up at account creation — here's how to check it and what to do if it's missing.

Good news: you don't have to set anything up. The link between your Ezus Pay account and Ezus is configured by your Ezus Pay account administrator when your account is created. In most cases, your account is already connected by default.

Check your connection status

Go to Settings → Integrations and look at the Ezus card:

Your account is linked to Ezus — you're all set. You can connect your projects (see "Connect a project from Ezus") and use "Test connection" anytime to confirm it's healthy.

Your account isn't linked yet.

If your account isn't connected

There's nothing to configure on your side. Simply reach out to your account manager — they'll enable the Ezus connection for your account. Once it shows Connected, you can start connecting your projects.

💡 The account-level connection is a one-time setup handled for you. The only thing you do day-to-day is connect each project from Ezus — see "Connect a project from Ezus."
