Send, track and cancel a payment link

hare your link, follow its status in real time, and cancel it when needed.

Your links live in the Payment links section of each alternative.

Share a link

Click "Copy link" on the link — you'll get "Link copied to clipboard." The link looks like:

https://app.ezuspay.io/lnk/{your-agency}/{token}

Send it to your client however you like (email, message, etc.). Each link also shows its amount, description and creation date.

Track the status

Statuses update automatically as your client pays — no need to refresh:

Status

Meaning

Draft

Not active yet.

Pending

Active and ready to be paid.

Paid

Payment received (for single-use links).

Expired

Past its expiration date.

Cancelled

Manually deactivated.

Cancel a link

For an active link, hover and click the trash icon → "Cancel link." Confirm in the dialog: "The payment link will be deactivated and can no longer be used by the client.""Link cancelled."

Once cancelled, a link can't be reactivated — generate a new one if needed.

Cancelling never affects payments already received.

What happens after a payment?

The payment appears as a transaction on the alternative and in the global Transactions view, and (if Ezus is connected) reconciles back to your project.
