Checklist : am I ready to collect payments?

Before creating your first payment link, check these points. Once the list is complete, you're operational.

Your getting-started checklist

  1. My account is created - I've accepted the invitation and can sign in.

  2. My team is set up (optional) - I've invited my colleagues with the right role (Admin / Member).

  3. Stripe Connect is activated - my status shows Active (or Restricted) and charges are enabled.

  4. My settings are ready (recommended) - logo, colors, support email and bank statement descriptor filled in under Settings → Branding and Settings → Stripe.

  5. My Ezus CRM is connected (optional) - to sync bookings and payments automatically (Settings → Integrations).

The one blocking point to know

As long as Stripe isn't active, the app shows "Activate payments" and prevents link creation. It's the only mandatory prerequisite to collect money.

Restricted status: you can still collect payments. Only payouts to your bank are paused while you complete your Stripe file.
